This state is reached by going beyond the intellectual mind, beyond the dreaming state, and into the deep sleep stage, all while remaining awake and conscious. In this deep sleep stage your conscious mind will guide you past self-limiting beliefs in order to uncover creativity, capacity for healing, and a higher form of self-understanding.
